It is NOT difficult to lose weight. All it takes is patience and commitment. Research shows the most efficient and healthy way to lose weight is in small and consistent increments which is about 2lb per week. A large quick weight loss is usually followed by an even larger weight gain. At London Trainers we are fully qualified to advise clients on nutritional changes and once again we assess YOUR eating habits before we advise on what plan may be the best for you. In weight management programmes this may be just as important as the workouts and so is assessed throughout.
