Personal Training

At London Trainers we believe that personal training needs to be just that - personal to you and your fitness requirements. We will initially meet up for a FREE consultation to assess your fitness levels and chat about what you want from the training programme. This is the most important meeting as it also allows you to assess whether you will work well with the trainer we send, whether you will get on, be motivated by them, learn from them and most of all have fun. Once you have agreed to go ahead with the training our trainer will then take you through the programme designed around his/her findings in the consultation and then you are off! You will be assessed every four to six weeks to keep records of your progression. This will also be a huge motivation tool throughout your training.
